Steelparade 2009

Dear musiclovers,

We have good and official news for you :

THE PARADE is SAVED, the Red lion is back to LIFE !!!

This friday afternoon, a delegation formed by ODD ( Zandra, Dr Gonzo ) and CLUBZONE ( Double P, Valy ) were welcomed by the City Tourist Office of Esch (ECTO) and the representers of the City of Esch in
order to debate about the Steelparade.

After two hours of positive discussions which took place in a good and friendly atmosphere, we ALL agreed that we would do everything to make this event happen :

So, the STEELPARADE is alive and it WILL take place on July 11th in Belval !!!

ECTO wants this day to be a full success and the city of Esch totally approves the project and gives us their full support too !

It is a good day for the electronic music scene in Luxembourg :

We fought for our music, and we won !!!

But we won’t hide one thing and want to be honest : We won’t be able to line up 9 trucks and 55 deejays as foreseen because of some reasons which would be too long and complicated to explain here.

The good news :

Dr Motte, some other excellent foreign dj’s, local pioneers and talents are still involved in the project and will turn up the heat and the volume in Belval that day !

We still have a lot of work to do in order to organize this first edition : ECTO, ODD & CLUBZONE will do their best in a very short and limited time, we promise.

But we also need YOU . We can play the best music, but we are nothing without an audience… We’re nothing without you…

We need your support, we need you to dance and have fun with us !!!

It will be about music,about love, about us,about you…

It will be : THE STEELPARADE 2009 !!!

Invite millions of people to join this group , tell your whole family (even your grand parents and their old and fragile bones) to come to the Steelparade on July 11th. That Day, we will show that Luxembourg has more to offer than banks, cheap fuel or cigarettes !

We will show to our neighbours that we are an “electronic” nation too, and not only a little spot on th map !
